Clark Public Utilities offers a rebate of $2.50 per square ft. of windows and doors to everyone within Clark County that uses electric heat.

The Energy Trust of Oregon offers a rebate of $2.25 per square ft. of windows and doors to everyone within Portland and Clark County using gas heat if one of the below additional measures is performed.
